a grand room to sleep in. When he went to bed he couldn't sleep for he heard the giant walking around downstairs. So he got out of the bed and put a ? of wood in the bed. Then he got in under it. It wasn't long until he heard the giant ? along and Jack heard him going over in the direction of the bed. He had a great big club in his hand, and he started wholloping the ? of timber in the bed with the club and saying the following rhyme.
"Though with me you sleep this night. You shall not see the mornings' light. For my club shall dash your brains out quite."
