    around it are old now. I seen them growing up like sally rods. I am a feered the whole place is spoiled with that new haley on the north side. and now the place goes be the name of "The Alley" instead of the Ould Chapel. The people should have more respect for what was once such a holy place.
    A holy priest Father Hughes is buried just inside the gable wall next the road. Wasn't him baptized the childer. Some people dont know about his grave at all and they should. Instead of prayers of the people (In Irish they said them in the ould times) you can now hear the chirpin of the birds the shoutin of the boys in the "alley". What an awful change God be with them happy days when I went to Mass in me bare feet in the old Church.
