Then yu take it out into a wooden dish and keep washing it till all the butter-milk is rinsed away out of the butter and then you put fine salt into it and make it into a big roll.
If a friend comes in he has to take his churn because if he goes out he would bring the butter with him. People say special prayers over the churn and put a coal under their churns.
