In the town land of Carnacull there is a fort from which a man named John Campbell took large flags for flooring purposes. Scarcely had he the flags left on the floor when they broke into small bits without any visible reason. He took this as an omen that he should not have interfered with the cave. He afterwards discovered that in that particular fort people were interred in former years.
