    way he met a Leprechaun, and he caught hold of him, he asked him did he know where there was any gold hidden.
    He said to let him go, and that he would show it to him, but the drunken man would not let him go. He carried him to a house that was near by to get a spade.
    He got the spade, and started to dig where the Leprechaun told him till at last he came on a little pot tied up.
    When he got it in his possession he let the Leprechaun go, and went home with the pot.
    The wife asked him for the meal, and he untied the little pot, and scatted out the gold. Imagine how glad the poor woman was then. They got plentiful, and the neighbours did not know how they got it.
