- All the village boys and girls gather eggs. On Easter Sunday after mass they all gather together on the top of a mountain. They bring bread with them and they make tea and they boil all the eggs in a pot on the mountain. They call this a procóg. Others save up eggs until they have a few hundred. Then they sell them and they buy tea and sugar and bread. Then they have a procóg on Easter Sunday.
