- Once upon a time there was a man who had three sons. There was a prophet in the village also. One day the man went to the prophet to see what his three sons would be. The prophet said one of them would be a robber, the other would be a murderer and the other would be a beggar. The man went home and he nearly died of sorrow at the bad news. Then he went to him a few days after and asked him was it true what he was telling him before. He said it was, that the one that he said would be a beggar would be a priest but priest live on the money they get from the people and that is why they like beggars. The one that he said would be a robber would be a lawyer but lawyers charge so much money(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)
