    When a person had whooping cough he travelled until he met a man riding on a grey mare and asked him for a cure for whooping cough, what ever cure he recommended the person took it and the whooping-cough went by degrees.
    Cure for Ring-Worm
    The seventh son is supposed to have the cure for ring worm. If a worm was put on the child's hand before he was baptised he was able to cure ring worm.
