    "How did you get all the things for the dinner" asked the old lady. The girl said "I went home to my mother and she gave me all the things I wanted." The old woman said to herself that this girl would not be much good to be her son's wife.
    Next time she was going to town she asked the second girl to mind the house and cook the dinner. The girl said she would. The old woman told her the same that she should get all the things to cook for the dinner in the dairy. Then she locked the dairy and brought the key away in her pocket. When she was near the town she put her hand in her pocket and found that she had the key. She went in a great hurry back to her house as before. She asked the girl how she managed. She answered "I managed alright, I went to the shop and bought all the things I wanted. The woman said again to herself "You would not be much good to be my son's wife."
    Next time she was going to town she asked the third girl to mind her house and cook the dinner for the men who were working
