    There are many fairy-forts around the district. There is one called the moat at "Knock-sedan". It is situated in a corner of a field beside the river pell. It is a round high moat with pathways round it and it is level on the top.
    The ruins of the castle of brazil is convenient to the boat and it is said that the Danes built it when they took posession of Swords.
    The farmer on whose land there are built does not harm them by digging them or ploughing them but he lets his cattle graze on them.
