    Many people have had their deformities cured by the water in this well There are three wells in it altogether. One for drinking out of, another for treating the eyes and a third for washing the feet. Beside the wells there is a grotto or statue of the Blessed Lady. There is also a brake of briars near-by which is littered with all kinds of tokens of delf, rags and other odds and ends of things. Pilgrimages have been to it for the last fifty years or so.
