Ar an leathanach seo
- (ar lean ón leathanach roimhe)bar and two keepers. It had one leg which was sometimes detachable. Of the leg were attached to the table the “leaf” was turned upwards when not in use. If the leg were detachable the leg was taken off when the table was not in use and then the “leaf” hung downwards along the wall. The bread then used was oaten meal bread and Indian meal bread. The oaten bread was baked before the fire against the grid iron. The Indian bread was made on pans. Porringers were the vessels used before cups became common.
