    Cures
    leaves chopped up are also supposed to cure erysipelas, if they are put on for two or three days. There were some old men and they were supposed to be able to cure erysipelas; if anyone who had the disease came to them for nine mornings after each other before the men had their break-fast. Erysipelas is also called the Rose.
    Measels.
    The water off boiled Nettles will cure measels.
    Skin Disease
    The milk of the dandelion is supposed to cure any skin disease.
    Hives
    Green ivy is a cure for hives.
    Jaundice
    There is a cure in every joint of the Blood-weed, and in olden days it was one of the principal herbs for curing jaundice.
