There is a divider on the sheaf board also.
When the reaper starts the knife cuts the corn.
There are two seats on the reaper. A man sits on one of the seats and leaves off the corn in sheaves.
Then it is tied and stooked. Four sheaves are put into every stook.
The stook is tied on the head to prevent the wind from tumbling them.
The corn is left in the stook for about two weeks to win.
Then it is carted to the stack garden and built in stacks . The corn is put on to the cart with a fork.
When the farmers have the stacks built they get rushes and thatch them.
