- I think it is nearly seventy years since the Cambria was sunk. This is how it happened. The Cambria was coming from the United States to Moville. When they were out about six miles from Malin Head the captain saw the lights of the coastguard Station and he thought it was the lights of Inistrahull. He steered for the light but he hit a rock and smashed the ship to pieces.
