Tobar Breacainn well is situated in the village of Toberbracken about half a mile east of the Kilcornan Demesne.
This well received its name from St Bracken who was a sister of St Usáinne who founded a well near the Kilcolgan Castle.
In the vicinity of this well there is a green mount and it is supposed to be here that the Toberbracken Castle stood in days gone by.
Quite close to the well there is an old ash tree. The well is surrounded by a stone wall.
In front of the door which leads to the well there are two stone troughs and south eastward there is a heap(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)- Bailitheoir
