    Once there was a house down in Caramana in which there was a lot of gold. There was only a servant boy living in the house.
    One night he heard the dogs barking and he knew what they were saying. They said that they would not guard the house from the men who were coming from Ulster unless they got good treatment.
    He knew the people were coming from Ulster to rob the house of it's gold. He stood all night with a knife in his hand inside the door.
    NB. Near Cardanana [?] is the village of Clonkerre [?] in which there are several families by the name of McLoughlin, Mc Entyre, Mullarkey who are said to be descendants of the Ulstermen who settled there after the Plantation of Ulster.
