- Once upon a time a man named Pat King lived in Letterdyle. One November's Night his sister and sister-in-law visited him. They decided to do some tricks that were customary on November's Night. They went out to steal cabbage. On the way they met a man dressed in white on a white horse. They got afraid and ran home. When they told Pat King about it he said it was only some neighbour who set out to frighten people. Meanwhile his wife went into the room and was hear to say, "Mary." Mary was the sister's name so she rushed into the room and found the woman dead. A few neighbours can in to sympathise and said they saw a man on a white horse with a woman in front of him coming from Pat King's house.
