Cormac's (m) name was Cormac Mc Gowan he was a friend of the McGowans of Ahanlish and the reason that he was called Cormac Risbac was because he had to live in the heather. He lead a haunted life because the English laws were against him. They did not want a good catholic man to live at all. Sir Fredrick Hamilton used to have scouts out (looked) looking for him but he got a good long life inspite of them all.
