  2. A man names Frank Early lived in the town-land of Eden in the Parish of Ballinaglera near Dowra. He was a famous walker. He used to go to the Harvest of England and Scotland.
He and his companions used to go from Dowra to Enniskillen by horse and car a distance of twenty miles.
On one occasion he missed the car in Dowra by being ten minutes late. He set off walking and when his companions, who went by the side car, arrived in Enniskillen they were surprised to see him there before them, how he got there it was not known, as except he crossed the country and took "short cut(?)".
