- (ar lean ón leathanach roimhe)one was riding a big white horse. He invited him to come for a ride and that he would show him around the four Proviences in an hour. Provided that he wouldn't speak a word. The man asked if he could bring his wife so the Fairy horse men agreed. He called his wife and they both mounted behind the fairy, off the started.Over hedges and ditches starting towards north. Having seen all the sights the fairy turned towards Leinster and the south but on crossing the Kerry mountains the wife fell off. The man didnt know what to do and knew that if he spoke a word the chain would be broken so he remained silent whill the horse to kept galloping towards Connaght and home. When they arrived at the house the Fairy said "Well your the only passenger ever kept the silence since the first one I ever invited, "Aye" says he I got it very tight when the wife fell off.
