When he has the holes made I drop the potatoes. Then he gets a shovel and he takes the mould out of the furrows and he puts it on the potatoes.
   Wooden ploughs were used long ago but there are none used in this district now. The local people help one another to set the potatoes. They only help one another when the weather is bad or wet or when they are late with their crops.
   Before the potatoes are set they are cut. The biggest potatoes are not used for seed and the smallest potatoes are not kept for seed either.
