    If you rub a dog leaf to a cut or a bruise it will cure them.
    If a gander's bill is put into a person's mouth that is suffering from sore throat and make him blow his breath he would be cured.
    Long ago the old people used to poultice a person that was suffering from pneumonia with turpentine and mustard.
    Black tea was used to cure sore eyes.
    Dandelion is said to cure rheumatism.
    Pickle was used to cure a sprained foot or hand.
    The white of an egg and rock candy was used to cure the whooping cough.
    Olive oil and lime water was used for curing burns.
    Cobwebs were used to stop the flow of blood from a cut.
