(continued from previous page)the morning the boy got up and went out the door. He filled his pocket with white stones. he came in again and went to bed. After a while they all got up. When the breakfast was over the stepmother got ready. She took the children with her. The boy looked back and saw his pet cat and pet pigeon on the chimney. The boy was very sad as he looed back adn he said "I will never see you again."
"What makes you think that." said the stepmother
