    The first man told Fionn and his comrade to close their eyes and so they did and when they opened them they saw a boat complete with sails and oars.

The cast anchor there and climbed the rock and travelled through the land until the came to the king of the country. TThe king gave them food and lodging for the night. Next day a mesenger came and told the king that there was a vast army going to invade the country. Fionn said that he would help the king and they defeater the invaders
