   The vessels which they used were made of wood and had two handles, these were called "nogons". When they finished eating the table was pulled beside the wall and the floor swept. There were nails inserted in the wall over the table on which the "nogons" were hung.
   Another custom was - When the men would be going to work they would always take with them an oat-meal cake spread over with butter. When they would start in working (if it was sticking the potatoes) they would take a bite of the cake then throw it on in the furrow and so on. The old people who had no teeth to eat the oaten cake, would get their wives to make a 'páncóg'. This was made by getting the oven and putting coals under it, then getting two leaves of cabbage, one
