A cure for sore eyes was to put cold water into them.
Poultices for cuts were made out of roots of dog leaves; boiled it was the best cure.
Cures for sick bonares were to boil the roots of a briar and the water that would be left, give it to them to drink.
A cure for dogs is to boil the heath that grows in the bog, and give the water to them to drink. To cure warts in animals tie waxcord around them.
