Long ago unbaptised persons would never be buried in a grave yard, as it is supposed to be unlucky for the old people say that if an unbaptised person was buried in a grave yard three out of that family would die unbaptised. There would be buried near a fence. There was a place called "Incheen na Lana" in a farm by John Sullivan Kilquanre where they used be buried. It is a small round piece of land near a river and black thorn all round it. There are several unbaptised persons buried there.- Collector
