  1. There was a woman one time, and as she was passing through a field that was well known to her, she could not get out of it.
    Seeing that she could not get out of it, she lay down under a tree to stay there for the night. She took off her apron to throw it around her, for it is said that if you turn any of your garments the enchantment will be broken and the road will be made clear.
    As soon as she did this, four little fairies came with a door which they asked her to sit upon. She did so,
