One day my great greatgranduncle went to cut rushes in a rath. When he was cutting the rushes he found a nest of eggs in the rath. The rushes turned several times in the rath when he was bringing them out. When he arrived home he put the eggs on the bench of the dresser. While he was eating his supper a little man walked in around the house. He wore a green jacket and a tall red hat. He took the eggs off the dresser and put them into his hat. Next day my greaat greatgranduncle went to thatch a reek of hay with the rushes.(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)
