When you would have a pain after meals take a raw egg - The cures that some of the people had in this locality for a bleeding nose was to tie the middle two fingers on the left hand and then to hold it up over your head The cure for a bleeding finger was to tie a cobweb around it and it would stop the blood. The cure they had for a pain in the stomach was to drink ginger in boiled milk.
