  1. In dealing with such a delicate subject as above the writer feels confident that the information given will be treated with the privacy which is necessary for such a subject. It must be said however that in very few cases is offence taken at the nicknames quoted. The enormous number of Walshes in the district makes it necessary to use a distinguishing mark for each family.
