   1. The main road runs from the upper village to the City of Waterford through the Lower village, the districts of Tirlough Grannagh Ferry and Newrath.
   Other roads are:- Gooches' road - small road leading to the old mill in L. Greenville, where the man from whom it gets its name lived. He was Ben Gooch and carried on milling business. The mill is now in ruins.
   The Dunkitt Road leads through Lower Milltown through Dunkitt to Granny Bridge where is joins the Main Road. From this road at Miltown there is a boreen leading down to the river Blackwater where there are stepping stones to cross the River. This boreen was called "Bóchán a Bháid" from a little mud cabin which was build on the front bank of the River. Here there lived an old woman called Peg Purcell and she had one daughter. They lived by begging from the farmers in the district and also buy selling bundles of brushwood
