    There are lads and lassies both mild and pleasing in fond embraces of loyalty,
    Of vicious habits they are always wareful - they live by serious industry;
    They all assemble each summer season to divert their neighbours with song and sport,
    When other villages are in perturbation a peaceful haven is sweet Mancell's Court.

    There are sheep and lambkins fondly bleating,
