Louth called Father Murphy, who restored his sight and from this priest's grave people still take home clay for cures. I know of a great big field of fifty acres called "Drumerill" near Inniskeen, Co. Monaghan and some years ago if one went through this field after sunset one would be put astray till the next morning. The last two places mentioned are on John Meegan's farm, Seola, Inniskeen, Co. Monaghan.
