    RING WORM;
    A blessed ring is pressed over the diseased part in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Ghost. This is also repeated three times on three different occasions.
    It is also cured by the person him or her self while fasting, spitting on the ground,dipping his thumb in this place and ribbing it the affected part in the name of three persons. This should be done on nine successive mornings.
    This is a disease which is very prevelent in calves and is quickly cured by washing the part with a brush and a solution of washing soda and then applying Archangel tan to the part.
    Ink rubbed to the part is sometimes effective.
