Ar an leathanach seo
- The mill of Castletown was first founded by a Mr Roberts, as a small mill for grinding oats into oatmeal.
From him it passed on to his nephew and thence to Mr White.
Now this man was so fond of money that he refused to let the men that were working for him to go to mass on the Holydays. The Parish Priest approached him on the matter but he still refused and the Priest said that his mill would become a rookery and so it did.
Recently it has been taken over by the De La Salle brothers who use it for their own purpose.
