- Gold is to be found under a tree in Mr Brennan's field in Killeshin. It is there since the year eleven and sixty eight. Two men went to dig around the bush. It is situated one field from the road. One night a man was passing by and he seen a light in the field. He told another man and two went to dig the next day. They had only gone down fourteen or fifteen feet when they found a big crock of gold and they brought it home. That night a fairy came and told the two men to put back the gold where they got it and no one every tried to dig it up since that(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)
