- In Reenascreena there is a Shrine called the "Druids Altar". There are thirteen big flags standing around in a circle. It is said that the clergyman used be inside in the middle of these and the people kneeling around outside. If the grass and litter was all cut the signs could still be seen. It was a place of worship in the olden days. It is through that that Reenascreena got its name. These flags are in my Uncles land in the town-land of Reenascreena about a mile South West of the school.
