The potatoes are sprayed twice. First in the end of July and second in the beginning of September. They are sprayed to prevent the blight. They are dug in October. They are stored in pits. Sometimes they are left there until the next year, othertimes they are put into houses. Some of the potatoes are kept to sow next year.
