   Curlew; the Linnet; the Lady Wag-tail; the Hawk; the Plover; the Lark; the Corncrake; the Black-Diver; the Water-Hen; the Snipe; and the Heron;
   The Cuckoo and the Swallow are migratory birds.
   They come to this country in the end of the Spring, and they migrate to some warm country in the end of Autumn.
   The Swallow makes its nest in barns, and in eaves of houses with moss and mud.
   The Cuckoo does not make any nest; it lays its eggs in the nests of other birds.
   The Blackbird, the Thrush, and the Sparrow build their nests on trees and on furze bushes, with moss, and sticks, and feathers.
   The Wren and Robin make their nests in ditches, with moss, feathers.
   The Rook and the magpie make their nests on tops of treer; with sticks, and straw, and feathers.
   The Wag-tail, and the Yellow
