   In the long Summer days all the children mostly girls select four or five stones which are called Gobs and kneeling on a green patch in the field they throw these up in the air one by one, taking one off the ground and catching them coming down again.

   Skipping
   Girls generally play this game. It is played mostly in Summer because out in the fields is the best place to play it. It is played by means of a rope about five feet long which is caught at each end and swing oven the head while the person keeps jumping from the ground and continues for four or five minutes.

   Four corner fool
   Five children are required to play this game. One stands at each corner of a
