  1. Long ago the old people said that in the time of the Danes there were robbers in the district and they robbed a rich person. They hid the money in the high corner bettween Tim Donegan's land and Mrs. Quinlivan's.
    The people used to dig for it during the night, and a mad bull used to frighten them away.
