    Herbs
    The most harmful weds in my garden are, The Priosach buidhe, Dandeloin, Rushes, Ellistrumps, Thistles, Dog Leaves and the Nettle.
    The Priosach buidhe and the thistle are supposed to be the worst weed of any because they spread rapidly over the land, and therefore it becomes very poor, and is such that hardly any crop would grow in it afterwards.
    The surest sign that land is good is to see the Priosach buidhe, and thistles growing in it, and on the other hand the surest sign that the land is bad is to see Rushes and Ellistrumps growing in it.
    I heard that wine is extracted
