Ar an leathanach seo
- (ar lean ón leathanach roimhe)monastery of the Cannon Regulars was the ballalley now stands and the other part was where the Protestant church now stands. The monastery was burnt by Cromwells soldiers. There are beautiful old doorways and windows and it represented the art of the twelfeth century. The walls are still standing. Over the doorway there is a mans head and it is stated to be De Burgo's head as it was he who built the monastery last out of stone. There is a part of the Cannon Regulars called the Monasteria. There is a receptacle in the wall and the slab was taken years ago. It was a beautiful marble in which several engravings were done beautifully and there was a text written in Ogham and it is now in the house of the Archbishop of St Paul Minnesota, USA(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)
