    Oh my God I rise up from this bed of Sleep
    To adore my God, to labour for my salvation
    May I rise on the last day to life everlasting Amen.
    May the Lord Bless me and take me into His Keeping,
    May he show me His countenance and take pity on me
    May he turn his eyes towards me and give me His Peace.
    We ought before the sun to bless Thee
    O God, and to adore Thee at the dawning of the day
    O God, my God to Thee do I watch at break of day.
    Oh my God teach me to love Thee in time and Eternity Amen.
    Live Jesus, Live and let it be
    My Life do die for love of Thee
    Bless us Mary, Maiden mild, Bless us Jesus Mary’s child
    May He to whom His mother prays, Grant us blessing all our days.
