On Palm Sunday little pieces of palm are distributed to all the people after mass. These pieces are kept for a year, and then burned.
They are never hung in the outhouses. - In almost every house an altar is erected in the month of Mary in honour of the Blessed Virgin, and primroses and cowslips are put in vases before the statue.
