   and a laundry maid who worked in Mr Livingess, Enniscoffey where Captain O Farrell lives now washed the bandage for him. She said many a good bit of linen she washed in her day but the likes of this in quality she had never washed.
   Keyes would never tell where he was or what he did while he was away but he was never the same after his return and used often to be noticed dancing around by himself and performing other strange antics.

   This story was told to me by Mrs Michael Gowran, Knockaville, Parish of Kinnegad, Co Westmeath.
