They began making the shoes. They had not time to look at one another. When morning was coming they went off.When they were gone his wife said, "I will make each of them a little shirt and a coat" She made them and she left them on the counter for them. The next night the fairies came in again. When they saw the clothes they gladly put them on and danced merrily out and went back to the fort and never came back again.
