    Herbs
My father told me all about herbs. His name and address are:
    Mr. P.J. O'Donnell,
    "St. Josephs"
    The Fort,
    Duncannon,
    Co. Wexford.
    This is the story:-
Some weeds are harmful and more are not. The harmful weeds are wild parsley and the creeper. The creeper is harmful because it creeps up anything that grows especially anything that grows in gardens and chokes it. The wild parsley is harmful because it sucks up the plants and sometimes animals eat it and die of it.
Certain herbs are the sign of good or bad land. The water-cress is the sign of boggy land, the wild parsley is the sign of bad land.
